Abstrakt
There used to be a robot (web app),
where you could individually configure a questionnaire
and then just send a link to HR so they could fill it out.
This saved me and other IT professionals time.
The service no longer exists.
So I decided to make a replacement. At least to save me and others some time.
So below is a link to a simple form including information to fill out.
